Another very nice helmet from Vettel, and Hamilton’s looks good. I’ve read a rumour suggesting the FIA may only allow one helmet design change a season in the future – what a pity that would be.
@deej92 I bet Vettel would have something to say if that’s true ! It’d be a shame, even if I prefer drivers to basically stick to one design per season.
@fer-no65 He definitely wouldn’t be happy with that! I wouldn’t like it if a lot of drivers changed their helmets like Vettel does, but as it’s only him really (and at Monaco/Singapore where a few drivers change), I quite like to see what he’ll race in next.
@deej92 any source? because the helmet is not really part of the livery, it’s more a personal thing, like the driver’s identity. And everybody following F1 knows Vettel does the change when he wins. It’s not bad to win, and he wins so much, so he keeps innovating.
